NRGMAX Bucket/Conventional Oil Treater
The NRGMAX Bucket Treater is a conventional horizontal treater with many improvements over other designs.
NRGMAX name was derived form the fact that our internals are positioned to maximize capacity and retention time. No threaded connections are on any of our vessels, which allows for a 100% jeep free coating. We offer custom diameters, lengths and pressures.
3-Dimensional drawings are generated for approval prior to packaging. 100% internally coated with Devoe 253. All our our units RT-1 X-Ray and can be Post Weld Heat Treated (PWHT). Firetubes are 100% X-Ray, mag particle inspected and (PWHT). Connections are placed on the vessel to raise or lower the water level, with changing conditions.
Pressure Vessels
Widely used In the oil & gas industry, pressure vessels are typically designed to isolate and separate the flows of gas, water and oil. Pressurized oilfield vessels are used to hold fluids under pressure that are critical to a wide variety of applications. Given the importance of pressure vessels to operations, a discussion about high pressure vessel design considerations is useful.
With a variety of experiences in manufacturing and design pressure vessels for valued partner worldwide, we are able to custom design pressure vessels based on your specifications and project requirements.
Mobile Test Separators
Mobile Test separators are typically brought in to a new well shortly after drilling and completion. In addition to separating the well stream into its constituent components, the well test separator records the volume of each component over time, allowing the flow rates to be calculated.
This provides knowledge on how productive the new well is and gain insight into the underground reservoir, so reservoir calculations can be done.
Inlet Scrubbers
Air pollution control device used in the oil and gas industry to remove harmful pollutants from the air before they are released into the atmosphere. NRG Process Solutions manufactured inlet scrubbers are typically installed at the inlet of a gas turbine, compressor, or other type of equipment, and are designed to remove particulate matter, acid gases, and other pollutants from the incoming air stream.
Inlet scrubbers work by using a combination of chemical reactions, physical filters, and other advanced technologies to capture and remove pollutants from the incoming air stream. These systems can be designed to target specific pollutants, such as particulate matter or acid gases, or can be used to remove a wide range of contaminants.
Flare Knock Out Drums
An essential component of the flare system, Flare Knock Out Drums (FKOD’s) designed by NRG Process Solutions are as compact as possible, usually with a small building for the controls. The FKOD acts as a filter and separates liquids and solids from the gas stream, which prevents these substances from entering the flare system and causing damage to equipment or safety issues.
Designed to ensure efficient operation of the flare system, the drum is typically located upstream of the flare, and is made from materials that can withstand the harsh conditions of the oil and gas industry, such as high temperatures and corrosive gases. The FKOD is an important safety feature, as it helps to minimize the risk of explosions, fires, and other safety incidents that can occur when liquids and solids are not properly removed from the waste gases.
Blending Skids
Blending butane in commodities such as crude oil, condensate and gasoline has been successfully employed in North America for many years by producers, mid-stream companies, pipeline companies and refiners. The butane injection system design and operation has evolved over time to provide blend commodities that are stable, safe to transport and meet quality specifications of which vapor pressure is one of the most critical one.
NRG Process Solutions can design, engineer and manufacture blending skids with a variety of configurations that include; injection systems, mixing systems, mixed product analysis and feedback data to control system and control system for overall control of the Injection System, Mixing System and analysis systems tied to product quality, product safety specifications and product transport specifications.
Tanks
An important part of the oilfield process equipment, tanks are used for a variety of purposes in the oil and gas industry. Used for storing various types of liquids and gases, including crude oil, refined products, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and water. In addition, tanks can also be used for processing and separating different components of the oil and gas stream.
As tanks can come in a range of sizes and designs, NRG Process Solution can manufacture from materials that are best suitable for your specific application. Common tanks we design and manufacture include tanks for crude oil storage tanks which are typically larger, cylindrical structures made from carbon steel or other corrosion-resistant materials. or NGL storage tanks, which are smaller and designed to operate at lower pressures and temperatures.
Header Packages
Optimize production and ensure that fluid or gas streams are properly distributed and controlled. Header packages are used to distribute fluid or gas streams from a single source to multiple processes or pieces of equipment. Header packages are designed to control the flow of fluid or gas, regulate pressure, and ensure that the correct amount of fluid or gas is delivered to each process or piece of equipment.
We manufacture header packages custom design to meet the specific needs of the oil and gas production process. We take in to consideration the piping, valves, and other components and materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or other corrosion-resistant materials. These header are designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the oil and gas industry, including high temperatures and corrosive gases.
DeSand System
Optimize production and reduce the risk of equipment damage or process interruption.
We design and manufacture desand systems to remove sand and other solids from produced water. The poduced water is a byproduct of the oil and gas extraction process, and can contain a variety of contaminants, including sand, silt, and other solids. These solids can cause damage to equipment and reduce the efficiency of production processes, so it is important to remove them from the water stream.
Our engineers review and design the mechanical or hydrocyclonic separation techniques with desand systems to best remove the solids from the water stream.
Meter Skids
Used to measure and control the flow of liquids and gases in the production process, NRG Process Solutions designs and produces meter skids that accurately measure the flow rate & volume of the gas stream or fluid, which provide information that is critical to the safe and efficient operation of the production process.
Typically consisting of a combination of flow meters, valves, and other components, meter skids are custom designed to meet the specific requirements of the oil and gas production process. Made from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or other corrosion-resistant materials, and are designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the oil and gas industry, including high temperatures and corrosive gases.
Ensure that the correct amount of fluid or gas that is being delivered to each process or piece of equipment.
Line Heaters
Ensure that the correct temperature is maintained throughout the production process. Used to heat fluid or gas streams in the production process, line heaters are designed to raise the temperature of the fluid or gas stream to the desired level, which is critical to the safe and efficient operation of the production process.
When manufacturing line heaters, we take in to account the heating elements, such as electrical heating elements or burners, and are housed in a temperature-controlled vessel. These may be custom designed to meet the specific requirements of your project, while taking in to consideration materials that can withstand the environment you are located in, which include harsh conditions of the oil and gas industry, including high temperatures and corrosive gases.
Minimize downtime and increase efficiency by reducing the risk of equipment failure or process interruption.
Dehydrators
Reduce the moisture content of the fluid or gas stream with dehydrators by NRG Process Solutions.
Dehydrators help to optimize production and ensure that the correct amount of water is removed from the fluid or gas stream. They also help to minimize downtime and increase efficiency by reducing the risk of equipment failure or process interruption.
NRG Process Solutions can custom design dehydrators to meet your specific requirements for oil, gas and LNG production process. We produce dehydrators from materials that can withstand the harsh conditions in Canada, United States and globally.
