Hydro test of existing preheat coil
Replace burner components with B149.3 burner train piping, nozzle, Pilot and Air plate with new Profire system, no fuel gas scrubber
Burner system tubing, electrical and test fire shown as optional below.
Wash and re-use of existing flame arrestor
Wash and re-use of existing shell and stack insulation
Reassembly of line heater with new gaskets and hardware
Painting of exposed line heater components, piping and skid with white paint
Does not include replacement if coils, preheat coil, line heater shell, expansion tank etc. if repair is required.
