Free Water Knock Outs

The NRGMAX FWKO is virtually identical to the bucket treater (shown above). The main difference between the units is the height of the firetube. In the Free Water Knock Out, the firetube is placed higher in the vessel in order to allow room for more water.

It is important to keep the firetube in the emulsion (oil & water mix), as having it in the water can create hot spots and burn out the firetube. These are typically installed up stream of treaters to knock out as much water as possible. Click here to request a quote.
